Condition of Items: Only unopened items will be accepted for returns. The product must be in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as when it was received.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after delivery. Items returned without proof of incorrect delivery. Returns requested after the 7-day return window has elapsed.
